Held items are items that Pokémon can hold for use in battle or to evolve specific Pokémon. Held items are possible drops from Boss Pokémon. A few held items (Lucky Egg, Exp. Share, Choice items, Macho Brace, Power items) can be found in PokéLoot Chests.
