In Battle
Storm Drain is an Ability that causes Water-type moves to deal no damage to the Pokémon while raising the Pokémon's Special Attack by one stage.
In double battles, all single-target Water-type moves will also be redirected to Pokémon with Storm Drain regardless of their intended targets.
Outside of Battle
If a Pokémon with Storm Drain is in the first place in the party (even if fainted), Water-type Pokémon spawn more frequently.
