A Plate is a held item that raises the power of the holder's corresponding-type moves by 20%. When held by Arceus, its typing and its signature move Judgment become the type of the Plate, and any corresponding-type moves, including Judgment itself, receive the power boost.

プレートは、メガシンカしたボスポケモンからのドロップや、ビーストチェストから入手することができる。フェアリープレートは、ランク2の特殊ドロップからも入手できる。一部のプレートは、エンドシティ(こわもて/ふしぎのプレート)や、砂漠のピラミッド(ひのたま/がんせき/だいちのプレート)など、他の方法でも入手可能である。

17種類のプレートをすべて集め、それぞれをArc Chaliceに使用することで、てんかいのふえを入手できる。てんかいのふえは時空の祭壇で使うことのできる、アルセウスを召喚するためのアイテムである。

プレートは、ポケモンのタイプの数と同じく、17種類ある。
