The maximum range that a ranch block can be extended to is 15×15, requiring twelve ranch upgrades to achieve. The effects of ranch upgrades are lost if the ranch block is destroyed. Ranch upgrades can be obtained as tier 2 special drops, a reward from Max Raid Battles, or as a possible drop from ultimate boss Pokémon.
