A PP Max is a type of medicine that raises the PP of a selected move to 160% of the move's base PP.
It also increases the Pokémon's friendship a little.
It can be obtained as a tier 3 special drop and from shopkeepers. It is a possible drop from rare and spooky boss Pokémon.
