The Trainer Editor is an item that is used to create and edit [[Trainers]]. When used on the ground it will create a new [[Bug Catcher]]. The Trainer Editor is an item that is used to create and edit Trainers. When used on the ground it will create a new Bug Catcher. When used on a trainer it will open the Trainer Editor GUI where the trainer can be edited or deleted. The Trainer Editor has the same inventory sprite as the Old Rod.

Editable Options

  • Trainer type/skin (includes 5 Steve skins)
  • Boss mode (normal/non-boss, uncommon (green), rare (blue), legendary (red) and ultimate (yellow))
  • Greeting/Win/Lose message
  • Trainer name
  • AI mode (standing still, wandering, wander and engage, stand and engage)
  • Party Pokémon (Pokémon, levels, moves, shiny/non-shiny, gender, nickname and growth. Note: levels and moves are reset when using Boss modes. Party can also be reset or randomized)
  • Drops (by name or ID)
  • Encounter mode (once, once per player, once per Minecraft day and once per day)

  • Inputting drops by name does not always work, making it preferable to input drops by ID.
