The Heavy-Duty Boots are held items that makes the user immune to entry hazards (Spikes, Stealth Rock and Sticky Web).
If a grounded Poison-type Pokémon enters the field while holding this item, it will still cause Toxic Spikes to be removed.
This item is obtained by beating uncommon boss Pokémon and as tier 2 and tier 3 special drops.
