There's a lot and I'm not expecting all of them, these ideas are all from the Anime
Pink Pokemon: In addition to the Pink Pokemon shown on Pinkan Island, Team Rocket fantasizes of various other Pink Pokemon, including Poliwhirl, Geodude, Scyther, Electabuzz, Arbok, and Weezing. These evolutionary lines could be the basis of more Pink Special Textures.
Snowman Snorlax: Based on the episode "Snorlax Snowman," featuring a group of Snorlax adapted to colder temperatures. Would likely spawn in snowy biomes.
Golden Sudowoodo: From the episode "All That Glitters is not Golden!" where a Pokemon Trainer coated their Sudowoodo in gold in an attempt to make them immune to Water Type moves. There wouldn't be any type changes but this could maybe be the result of right clicking a Sudowoodo with some sort of rare gold based item.
Giant Pokemon: From "The Ancient Puzzle of Pokemonopolis," featuring a massive Gengar, Alakazam, Jigglypuff, and Lapras with tribal markings of sorts. They just look too cool to not have in some capacity.
Cloned Pokemon: From Mewtwo Strikes Back, the cloned Pokemon created by Mewtwo were Charizardtwo, Blastoisetwo, Venusaurtwo, and Pikachutwo. Pikachutwo looks too similar to base Pikachu but the other three could be created by putting Charizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur in a Cloning Machine.
