#210288 Hi! First time posting but I'm really passionate about farming in minecraft and its mods. I'd love to have a massive berry farm of every kind in my base but unfortunately because they eventually die, I cannot without having to constantly check on them. This in turn makes working on other large projects and just in general being burnt out of minecraft multiplayer a much worse experience.

Additionally, does any crop in vanilla Minecraft die over time? Apricorns don't even die so I'm left wondering why berries do? They don't die in the mainline Pokemon games as far as I'm aware. So the reasoning for this mechanic is a mystery to me.

I'd *humbly* suggest removing the death mechanic to berry trees and make them work like any other crop. For my sanity and probably many other players'. Thank you for reading.
