It's opinionated. I find Hoenn the worst solely because I suck at it. Doesn't make it the worst.
I am so vocal about that because I HATE seeing people say that Gens IV and V are the worst ones for no serious reason at all.

Mainly because its the first pokemon games I remember playing (I was too young to remember playing gen 1 when my dad gave it to me from when he owned it while he was in hospital) were gen IV and Chimchar was the first pokemon I got attached to. I still have it to this day. Good times...
