I'd just like to point out that if we're saying we don't want it to be on 2 legs, then not "everyone" decided that it was going to be on its back legs. Also, that video is really outdated at this point. And I agree with karrybird in that the model should probably mirror nidorino, since they're supposed to be really similar.
Now to talk about the updated model... The arms look barely longer at all, but the thing that's really bugging me is the back. When we said make the body rounder, I think most of us meant the back, not the belly, since the back is really flat, and even in the video you linked yourself, nidorina is very hunched over. Even if fixing the back is the only thing you do with the current model, I think it would look 100x better just with that.
