Looks good :)
Two things look a bit off to me though:


Can see through the teeth, might want to reduce number of faces and get rid of the gap. Since separation between top and bottom teeth should just be made with the texture.
Same things goes with the smile.

Gengar is actually one of those Pokémon where modeling and animating the mouth makes sense, since it makes up a considerable part of it. Also the current (normal) Gengar model has an animated mouth, so not having that on its Mega would be weird.

You're right, I didn't think about that.
