1.3k faces is quite large...I think you went a little too in-depth on the detail like the eyes, fangs, head and wings.

It's looking beautiful but could probably use a little more reduction on faces around the fingers and the sides of the wings

Thank you :) I've edited it some more. The wings seem to subdivide themselves however few faces are on them.
