ok, I have taken your comments into consideration and:
completely new design for the horn, and more rounding for head
a better fix up for the shell, and some more design redos
a new color schme, along with a new face, and I'll make it easier to animate the shell (so that it closes like in the games. and a few other stuff, any comments? c:

ok this is the side view, made horns much better, made central horn longer, dk how I can make the head any more ball shaped, and the shell is more water proof and is no longer prone to sinking, any thoughts or suggestions before I texture up in this biz?

well only thing (optional but might make it look better) *suggest making a copy incase it just dont turn out right* is to try to get the outer shell meet at a point like > shape (best way i can describe it) other then that. its ready to texture c:

well I understand what you mean, but the way I built it, it would end up being squashed, If you know what I mean, like the shell would mesh in with the horn and head at odd angles.
