Pixelmon Mod

Hello, my apologies since this is not (yet) a model submission.
I'd like to texture some models which are not textured, but are not mine, they are from Megamanblue9 (the nidoran evolution line). Those models are in the spreadsheet so i thought they could be textured. Anyway, what do i have to do in order to obtain them? Shall i ask this modeler personally? or pixelmon has these models and can give them to whoever might need them?
