Pixelmon Mod

Hello !! My name's Jewel and I've decided that I'm interested in modelling the Skitty and Glameow line! However, before I start, I was wondering if anyone was already planning to do one of the lines, how long it takes to make a model, and what the process of making a model was? I plan to use Maya, and I'd like to use the student version, but I don't know if they'll check with my school about my 3-year license? Can I just link to any old university website? I don't know a whole lot about this, so I'm really sorry if my questions are obvious. ;v; Thank you!

autodesk doesnt actually check, so if you use your old uni website it would be fine, and no one is currently working on those pokemon
