Hoenn: Rayquaza
Sinnoh: Staravia
Unova: Audino
Out of all of these, Rayquaza is my favourite. Umbreon is pretty cool, but the others are just meh.

Kanto: mew (the original but it is a bit boring)
Johto: pichu (you didn't know you wanted it but you would miss it if it wasn't there)
Hoenn: kecleon (a lot to it but still under appreciated)
Sinnoh: croagunk (really good but no personality)
Unova: vanilluxe (the fans don't like it, but it is kind of fun)
