Dos anyone have an idea on which blocks pokémon can't spawn? (Like mobs can only spawn on non-opaque blocks)

Is there a way for me to build a pokémon center without pokémon spawning in it?

use half slabs as your floor or glass and have the blocks under it as what you want it to look like, i just dont know if pixelmon defies normal minecraft spawning rules
