I found a level 100 wild zapdos! i was too low leveled to catch it but i got a screenshot!

That might not be wild. Sometimes, if people are offline, their Pokemon will be out and wild, able to be caught. That's most likely a mod's that rare candied it, since Zapdos spawn at level 70.
Also, you might want to make the topic title not in caps. It hurts our eyes.

true, only birds I find are 70 unless boss (ya right who found that?)

I know how to actively do this and saw a few people get banned from a server I play on for this... hoping it's fixed in the update, can't pm anyone yet and would screw things up if I posted in the open

wait so you can steal other people's pokemon?

if you caught that when the owner logged it would disappear from your party or box i think.
