You cannot spawn in boss pokemon. Only Shiny Pokemon.

Next patch you will be able to spawn in boss pokemon, however. When it comes out it would be something like this:

You can always just spawn a random pokemon in and the use nbtedit to make it a boss.
If you ever see 'Spoink' on any pixelmon servers, that's me :D
