increase spawn rate?

how do i increase the amount of pokemon that can spawn? there are barley any and i want to find a pygmy bulbasaur.

go into the pixelmon config scroll down a ways and there will be numbers you can change default maximum pixelmon on ground at one time is 40.

run - %appdate% - .minecraft - config - pixelmon
1. run %appdata%
2. open the .mincraft folder
3. open the config folder
4. open the pixelmon config
5. change spawn rate

hmmm this folder cant be opend with notepad am i just out of luck now?

which folder? because the config itself isnt a folder its a file you open with notepad
folders open normally with out anything.

i know its not a folder but what ever that little white paper means i cant open it with notepad or anything!

right click, open with
