Pixelmon Mod

Hello,

I was playing a SmashMC at Groudon server.
I had Charizard and Aggron but it was stuck in the fusion room and when I tp and accidently died and when I spawned again they disappeared.
Can I have my pokemons back?
If so, please let me know how to do that.
