With the new changes in structures and Ultra Space, have spirit pokemon spawn rates changed? Do they spawn in any Ultra Space Biomes? And do they spawn in the Haunted Church structures? I haven't seen any pokemon spawn in these structures but that may just be a small glitch on my server. Thank you!

In the latest release as of this post, 9.0.11, Spirit Pokémon (aside from legendaries) are exclusive to the Graveyard structures during Night. They're natural spawns, so the same rules will apply as for anything else - including the minimum spawn radius around players (18 blocks by default), so waiting inside the structure is likely to block part of the spawns.
