Is there any way to find/craft an exp. share in survival?
Does it spawn in dungeons at all or drop from trainers?

i think it is made from an aluminum helm glow stone and redstone...but not sure in what order...or even if there is an aluminum helm, maybe iron?

It is dropped by bosses occasionally upon defeat, like most held items.

I think the only way to get it is from boss Pokemon unless you spawn it in from creative mode.
