Pixelmon Mod

anywhere im at on the map only 2 megabosses have a chance of spawning. Sableeye and Groudon are the only 2 megabosses with a chance to spawn. I tryed deleteing the config and generating a new one but i still have the problem. My guess is its pixelextras but im new to messing with configs so idk if i broke sum or not. Could someone help me make a config?

I forgot to say im just playing singleplayer with forge
