Pixelmon Mod

I've linked my account to my minecraft account but I cant seem to use the /redeem trainerhat command. I've tried restarting but it doesn't seem to work

Try this series of commands: "/redeem", then "/redeem trainerhat", then "/redeem toggle hat". That should force a sync and get everything up and running.
