Pokeloot with custom named item

I wanted to know if the Pokeloot had changed. Because before we could make the pokechest give us a named item, but with the version on which I am ( 5.0.1 ) the pokechest doesn't keep the item name. So i wanted to know if maybe the pokechest had changed, from basically the item in hands ( before ) to the ID of the item in itself.
