When 5.0.2 comes out, and the default number of PC Boxes gets changed to 30, will all the Pokemon in the last Box (I think Box 16) get moved to Box 30 or will they stay in the same Box Number? Because I keep all my Pokemon in the first and last PC Box, and I don't want to have to move all my Pokemon when I update.

Your config file is already generated, so you will still have 16 boxes unless you change the file yourself.

Pokémon in box 16 will stay in box 16.
