Change the catch rate of the pokeballs?

Change the catch rate of the pokeballs?

Is there any way to change the catch rate of the pokeballs?
For what I've seen the "fast ball" have almost 100% chance to catch the pokemon if you send it in the 1st round.
I've used around 20 and it have caught pokemons up until lvl 84 like that.
