Make sure you installed it correctly.

It shouldn't crash, Pixelmon is compatible with it as far as I know, so it must be a problem on installation like Jack said

I installed it exactly how it said. Deleted the META-INF folder too.

It still crashes my game when I try to go on servers that have Custom NPCS.
