How often has anyone seen this combination on servers out there? RTG stands for Realistic Terrain Generation if anyone was wondering.

i haven't seen one before, didn't even know it existed until some of the devs mentioned it on the Biome O Plenty Discord, now i am using it on my server

Nice! RTG makes Pixelmon a bit more immersive for me and worlds seem more... alive with it. First time I've seen it was on a server called GigasCraft, though that shut down a while ago. It's also neat that it's not really a mod, so it doesn't require everyone to get it beforehand.
