Pixelmon Mod

I have a server with a hosting company and I edited the custom npc and structure options to true, but the pixelmon folder will not make itself. Am I doing something wrong? I did this to create custom shopkeepers by the way.

Those options were merged into a single "useExternalJSONFiles" option. The former split option may still be there if you used past Pixelmon version, but they do not do anything anymore.
