I Was Wondering How I Could Upidate My Pixelmon Version And Keep My Saves, Map
and Pokemon. I am Currently In 1.7.10 and I Want to Go To The Latest Version.

Your saves are kept after updating. Nothing will be lost.

The only way you would lose your saves is if you delete your pokemon folder inside the world folder. Otherwise, pokemon data is stored with owner UUIDs, so you would not have issues.
