You don't.

Once you've caught a Pokemon, even if you release it, that icon will still show. You can't remove it unless you start a new game with everything fresh.

Another question. How to return the names of the wild Pokémons in 4.3.0 B9? Its not show.

The .comp file is binary data and not something you should be editing.
