So, I was an avid Pokemon gamer back when I was a little kid, but I never really got the whole mechanics behind how Pokemon learned certain moves uncommon for their type through breeding and such.
Now, my question is this...how do I even go about getting Ice Fang/Fire Fang/Thunder Fang on an Arbok?! It says that Arbok learns those moves at level one...but there is NO SUCH THING as a level 1 Arbok! It'd have to be an Ekans for it to learn either three of those moves! But Ekans can't learn either three moves.
So HOW does it even work? How are you supposed to get an Arbok that has either one of those three abilities if you can't have a level 1 Arbok to begin with?!
