Pixelmon Mod

Whenever I try to log into the pixelmon launcher with my minecraft account, I receive the message, "Login Failed! Unable to load DLL 'api-ms-win-core-localization...".

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Has anyone had this error in the past?

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Edit1: Though I changed my password last night, I can log into the regular minecraft launcher just fine. Do you think this could be the issue?

Edit2: I've never played pixelmon before, but I have played minecraft in the past.

Have you fixed this yet? im having the same problem with the same message. at first it told me i was offline but when i tried to play offline it would also say failed to download dll.
ive reinstalled everything but i still cant login.
