Pixelmon Mod

Wikia says: "A Dive Ball is a somewhat different Poké Ball that has a 3.5× catch rate on Pokémon that are in water." So, if I use a bucket of water to put the pokemon in water before trying to catch it will I have that 3.5x catch rate bonus?

If the pokemon is on still water, I reckon it would indeed work. Why not try and test?
