Launcher, profile installation fails EVERY TIME(HELP ME PLZ)

Cannot extract
C:\User\domin\AppData\Roaming\.pixelmon-beta\cache\org/scala-lang/scala-library/2.11.1/scala-library-2.11.1.jar.pack.xz.!
No access to
C:\User\domin\AppData\Roaming\.pixelmon-beta\cache\org\scala-lang\scala-library\2.11.1\scala-library-2.11.1.jar.pack.

I tried with many combinations of pixelmon and forge, and nothing helps. It happens EVERY TIME.
PLZ help :'( I want to play. Do anyone know the answer to this problem?
