Potentially-Dumb Question: Define "Dawn" and "Dusk"

- 13 Jul 2016 16:57 #177727 So I caught a Volcarona that I stumbled across in the desert, and was astounded at the odds that I could even find it. 0.814% spawn rate, in only Desert Hills, and only at Dawn/Dusk! I wanted to calculate the odds of me finding this Volcarona, but I need to know what this mod defines as "Dawn" and "Dusk." How long does each period last, in the 20-minute day-night cycle?
