Pixelmon Mod

My problem is, that I want to install mods, which need a higher Forge version.
However, I only have one Forge version that I can select.

Can I update my Forge version in any way? I'd really like to.

I mean the Pixelmon Launcher only gives me one version that I can choose.

If you want to use a different forge in the launcher, open up the profile and drag the forge installer jar for that version onto the screen. It will then install that other version of forge for you
