Pixelmon Mod

So in my world, I recently acquired a Super Rod, and I've set up a sort of floating base in a Deep Ocean biomo on which to fish for a Dratini or Dragonair. They can only be found in the Deep Ocean at Dusk, Night, and Dawn, though the Super Rod's wiki page says it can fish any available water-spawning Pokemon in its respective biome. I was wondering if anyone knows whether the Super Rod would, for example, fish up a Dratini during the day in a Deep Ocean biome?

I've looked at the fishing code, and it can only fish up Pokémon that spawn during the day, using day rarities regardless of the current time. I'll probably change that for the next Pixelmon version.
