I doubt 0 LV is supposed to be normal. I couldn't challenge her in battle. Pokeballs did nothing on her as well.

EDIT:
Can you please add to the Wiki the crafting receipes for "Big Root", "Dragon Fang", "Razor Claw" and "Razor Fang"?

Can't do much about the Trainer issues without a console error.

Those held items cannot be crafted. I have removed mentions of them being able to be crafted.
