As for the Fisherman, the Wiki mentions that it is 1/100 chance of getting a Good Rod and 1/1000 chance of getting a Super Rod. But it doesn't mention anything about how difficult is to be obtained by Forge. It only says "rarely".

So, which is the easiest way to obtain these items? "Rarely" with Forge means it has lower chance than 1/100 and 1/1000, or with Forge you have better chances to get these items than searching and defeating Fisherman all around the world?

Seems much more easier than defeating Fishermen!
