My minecraft account isnt being registered by the installer

My minecraft account isnt being registered by the installer

- 30 May 2015 13:05 #155262 I have downloaded the installer and when I click on it it asks for my minecraft username and password ive checked my password and username time and time but it says it cant authenticate the account can anyone help or give me some advice please?
