I can't find a way to teach scizor bullet punch. It's listed as a level1 ability but it does not learn it when you evolve a level1 scyther.

Is it possible for scizor to have this move? or do I need to wait for a move tutor/re-learner to be added? The only other option I found is to get lucky with Ditto x Ditto breeding, but the ivs would not be favorable.

The level 1 evolution move learning is fixed in 4.0.
