Changing Pokémon item drops?

Me and a few frinds are currently working on a server and I was wondering if there is a sidemod or something similar that will allow me to speciffically set item drops and their dropchance for each Pokémon? I'm asking because too many drops cause problems with the shops from CustomNPCs because they have a set amount of slots to sell or buy items and I really do not want a Pokémart with 3 NPCs just to be able to sell every possible drop.
