Oh... I guess that's the reason then. I have the pack to make it easier for my users to join my server. I believe the only reason that's a rule is to generate ad revenue from the adf.ly download links, so could I just make a donation to the mod to cover the losses + some?

Next update pixelmon will have its own modpack system so just have your users manually install for now. Then switch to the pack later.
