Where can I find legendary pokemon?

I have played pixelmon for a few days and I have looked at the pokedex and I saw a few legendary pokemon were on there. Where can I find these? I would just like to know where I can find that.

Im pretty sure the only two I saw was Mew and Palkia

palkia isnt in the mod, no idea where you got a crazy idea like that, and mew can only be found in the jungle biome, its EXTREMELY rare
