Need suggestions on Ev training

Rayquaza
Magnezone
Volcarona
Vaporeon
Gengar
Plz tell me which EV stat I should rise for each of them.

Vaporeon can go either defensive (HP/Def) or offensive (Def/SpAtk)
Gengar-SpAtk/Spd
