Pixelmon Mod

I want to make an ore that works exactly like the fossil in Pixelmon but i´m new in modding and i don´t know how to do.
Is it someone that knows how to do?

Come again? Did you understand what you just posted? You just stated that you want to make an ore (Ex. Diamond) which is a texture that works exactly like a fossil which has a sprite and a model? Or is there something that I just misunderstood?
